How do I reset Arthur's training?

Log into your dashboard, navigate to Settings > Training, and click "Reset Training Data". You can then re-train Arthur with updated information.

Verify your phone system integration is active, check that Arthur's extension is properly configured, and ensure your subscription is active in the billing section.

How do I update my call routing rules?

Go to Dashboard > Call Routing. You can add, edit, or remove routing rules, set business hours, and configure after-hours handling.

Can I upgrade my plan immediately?

Yes! Go to Settings > Billing > Change Plan. Your upgrade takes effect immediately and you'll be prorated for the current billing period.
