Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. There are no penalties for changing plans.

For Basic and Pro plans, we'll notify you when you approach your limit and help you upgrade if needed. If you reach your monthly limit before we can connect, Arthur will handle calls gracefully — routing to voicemail or your designated backup — while we work with you on a plan upgrade. Enterprise plans include overage billing at $0.25/minute beyond 1,700 calls.

No hidden fees. You pay the monthly subscription plus the one-time $1,125 setup fee. If your phone system requires a physical gateway, hardware costs are additional (typically $300-600) and will be quoted upfront during discovery.

You get 5 hours of expert time covering: discovery call, custom AI training, phone system integration, gateway installation (if needed), call flow programming, testing, and go-live support. This is hands-on configuration by our telecom engineers, not a DIY setup wizard.

Currently, we offer month-to-month billing only. This gives you maximum flexibility with no long-term commitment. Contact us if you're interested in annual billing options for Enterprise plans.
